Who We Are
CBSW offers a comprehensive array of religious services, programs for adults and children, year-round social activities and celebrations, civic participation, and recently expanded virtual capabilities for online worship and programs.
Today, we are a diverse, family-friendly home to people of all ages and backgrounds, Jews and their non-Jewish partners, interfaith families, Jews by choice, and Jews of all backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations and gender identities.
Singles, couples, and families with all backgrounds find a home here. We strive to make everyone feel welcome here, whether attending a worship service, supporting their children or adult partners in religious education, or participating in one of our many social activities.
CBSW is a congregation where every member matters and can make a difference. Our synagogue is led by volunteers and professionals who care deeply about working together to build a meaningful community.

CBSW is committed to supporting the State of Israel. We offer programs that feature insights into its culture, history, and politics, and regularly invite representatives of Israel to visit and teach us. We are planning congregational trips to Israel and support our students in their efforts to visit the country.
